As part of our duties in the privatization of the Jordanian electricity sector project, we advised on the formation of the new Electricity Regulatory Commission, the drafting of the new General Electricity Law No. 64 for the year 2002 and other secondary legislation, licenses and other regulatory instruments, transaction agreements, transfer schemes, guarantees, corporatisations and corporate restructuring, and commercialisations.
