Feras Hijazeen holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in intellectual property law from the University of Jordan, Jordan (2009) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the University of Jordan, Jordan (2007). Mr. Hijazeen is a specialized corporate lawyer who acts for companies on various business and corporate issues including taxation, restructuring, and merger and acquisitions. He is a specialist in companies' technical details at the relevant authorities and a remarkable litigator at courts in cases concerning companies and contract law. Mr. Hijazeen is a member of the Jordan Bar Association since 2009.
