Sewar Masa'deh- Dowdell attended the 2011 Summer Courses on Public International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law. As part of her legal continuing education; Mrs. Masa'deh- Dowdell is keen on being abreast with the latest developments in the sphere of public international law in general and international criminal law in particular.
The Course entailed- in addition to the courses, seminars and directed studies presented by renowned judges, practitioners and professors of law- visits to the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the International Criminal Court, the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
