Khalaf Masa'deh & Partners was established in the year 1971 by the Founder H.E. Mr. Khalaf Masa'deh. Khalaf Masa'deh, who became in the year 2000 the Minister of Justice of Jordan, started his career as a solo practitioner and developed this practice into a reputable one in Jordan becomig its Senior Partner, before sadly passing away in 2015.
Today, the firm is managed by yet another Jordanian public figure, H.E. Dr. Ahmad Masa'deh, son of the Founder. Ahmad Masa'deh, a former Jordanian minister and ambassador who also headed in the past an international organisation, is managing the practice with the aim to open new markets in the region and build work relations with law firms, bussinesses and other stakeholders.
On the 1st of April 2015, the firm was restructured into a civil limited liability company under the name Khalaf Masa'deh Co LTD - Attorneys & Counsellors, and Ahmad Masa'deh was elected an the Managing Partner of the company.
