We provide multinationals with legal advice on all laws and regulation relevant to their investments in Jordan including corporate structuring, corporate taxation, joint ventures, subsidies, allowances and exemptions, repatriation of capital and proceeds, free technology parks and export / free trade areas. We also advise foreign investors on Jordan's commitments under bilateral investment treaties (BITs) and other such international frameworks (i.e., ICSID Convention 1965), and how such commitments interact with the interests of foreign investors.
Furthermore we advise on all matters pertaining to international business transactions and international sales of goods contracts.
